PAYMENT:

We accept PayPal, Bank Deposit, or Cash/Credit card on pickup from the warehouse only.

 

SHIPPING:

Should you be interested in any of our excellent products, please email or contact us prior to purchasing for a quote. Emails are usually replied to within usual trading hours. It takes 2-6 working days to deliver to the major metropolitan/city areas. It takes 3-12 working days to deliver to WA, NT, TAS, and some regional/remote areas. ONLY small parcel can be delivered to PO BOX.

 

Please note: All items sold will only be held for 3 days unless a deposit or full payment has been made.

 

Please be advised, unless otherwise arranged with Home DEC, the charge of delivery is on the condition that you or someone on behalf of you will be available to sign for goods upon delivery and to assist the driver to unload large/heavy items.

 

All deliveries are unloaded to the main entrance of the building/house.

 

In the case of no one being available on time of delivery, an extra charge will need to be paid for prior to re-delivering the freight.

 

PACKAGING:

Home DEC will pack your order to the best of our abilities. For most local or interstate deliveries, goods are usually packed on a skid or pallet.

 

DISPATCH:

Please be advised delays may occur from time to time as some products might need to be ordered or maybe bulky and fragile where extra care and packaging will be necessary in order to prepare items for transport.

 

Transport companies may also delay deliveries according to weather conditions.

 

PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIME FOR DELIVERY.

 

RETURN POLICY:

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, you must notify us within 24 hours after you receive the item. We will give you instructions for returning the product and receiving a refund or replacement. You must return the product in its original condition and in its original packaging. When we receive the product and the conditions of this returns policy have been met, we will give you a full refund or a free replacement. Refunds will be applied to the same account that you paid us from.

 

If we consider that the conditions of the returns policy have not been met (for example, if the product is not defective), we will not provide you with a refund or replacement and we will return your product to you.

 

We reserve the right to limit the number of times that we will accept returns from you. If we think that our products or services just won’t suit you, we will complete your latest return and advise you that you should look for an alternative service.

 

If you choose an item by your fault or change your mind, for Free Postage listings, we’ll charge 25% of the total amount as a re-stocking fee(For freight listing is 20%), which includes the original postage and handling fee. After we receive your parcel and check the conditions of it, if all is good, we’ll refund you 80% of the total amount; for freight listings, we won’t refund Postage and we’ll charge 20% of the item price as a restocking fee.

 

Unless damaged or faulty, toilet or toilet seat is not accepted for return or replacement.

 

Cabinet, cupboards, pantries and related panels’ return or replacement will not be supported after assembling or installation.

 

WHEN do items need to be returned by?

 

We only accept returns within the 30 day return period. If a return older than 30 days reaches our warehouse, Home DEC cannot accept the returned items and cannot give a refund under this Return Policy.

 

Please note that you must comply with all returns instructions provided to you via your registered email address. All returns must be directed through Customer Service. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted. Applicable freight fees and a 20%(25%) re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund in cases where you changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product. This also applies to orders canceled while in transit.

 

WHEN will I get my refund?

 

Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our quality assurance team and it is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy. This quality check can take up to 2 weeks, though generally less. Once the return has been approved, it takes 1-2 days for the refund to be made by Home DEC to your payment services provider (for example your credit card supplier).

 

Please note that the time taken for a payment services provider to provide you with your refund can vary depending upon the provider.

 

WARRANTY:

Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims. All warranty claims vary depending on the manufacturer and is up to their discretion.

 

Cabinet, cupboards, pantries and related panels’ Warranties

Warranty: 15 years.

Warranties apply only to the original purchaser for products that are used for normal domestic use. The warranties do not apply to products used for commercial purposes. The warranties do not cover defects caused by, but not limited to, any of the following:

accident, maltreatment, neglect, improper handling or failure to follow proper care directions;

exposure to direct heat or excessive moisture and alterations, modifications, repair or use of the product which is inconsistent.
